The Last Radio Show 1965 EP

Description

The Beatles recorded nearly 300 songs for the BBC, the vast majority in 1963, a year during which they participated in broadcasts almost every week. This frenetic pace slowed slightly in 1964, but they still took part in ten shows that year. Their last BBC appearance, titled The Beatles Invite You To Take A Ticket To Ride, was recorded on May 26, 1965, at the Piccadilly Theatre, hosted by Denny Piercy. Other artists present included The Lorne Gibson Trio, The Hellions, The Hollies, and The Ivy League.
