Description

Le "Rocanrolorama Abrégé" is the summarized version of the complete 6 CD set reissued at the end of 2016 in a limited edition of 1000 copies, which is now sold out. This version was specially designed for the format of a double vinyl, according to a construction that pays tribute to the concept of the "Rhythm and Blues Formidable" collection: (tracks linked, one slow side, one fast side, one medium tempo side). It is of course also available in CD single format: the 24 tracks in the same order. P. Comelade has constructed this album as a new album in its own right, from tracks that he felt were the most representative (from 1993 to 2016): original tracks as they are, alternative versions, live, reworked versions, completed... All compositions by P. Comelade (solo, with the Bel Canto Orquestra, the Cobla Sant Jordi of Barcelona...). The "electronic" period (1974 - 1983) and the beginnings of his instrumental production (1983 - 1993) are deliberately not represented in this album.
