Like the actress from Braquo and Polisse, Ludivine Issambourg has a husky voice, chiseled features, and a sensuality that defies genre norms, especially musical ones... She's the kind of gifted flutist, composer, and producer whose talent captivates major artists such as Wax Tailor, Eric Legnini, Chassol, Emmanuel Bex, Angélique Kidjo, Laurent Coulondre, Stéphane Huchard, Dominique A, A.S.M, Christian Escoudé, Catherine Ringer... Her instrument is an extension of her body, sculpted by years of classical dance. From her flute escape the swirling notes of a new sound, reflecting her many influences. Between her lips, jazz, hip-hop, and electro-funk explode like a supernova (the detonation of a star), the name of her latest opus. An ambitious project, for which Ludivine Issambourg reunites with her band Antiloops, Timothée Robert (bass), Julien Sérié (drums), and Nicolas Derand (keyboards), a group she founded in 2012 and with whom she released two acclaimed albums (Electroschock in 2015 and Lucid Dream in 2017). With 'Supernova', Ludivine offers a cosmic and futuristic jazz that she co-composed with the band's keyboardist, Nicolas Derand. Antiloops' music cultivates ambiguity between electro / hip-hop / trap productions and the organic sounds of instruments sometimes under effects. A sophisticated score mixed with improvisation, generating a massive groove that leads to a trance.
