Ludivine continues the 'OUTLAWS' adventure by releasing a second album titled 'ABOVE THE LAWS' under the Heavenly Sweetness label. This new opus features Ludivine's original compositions, imbued with the 70s jazz funk tradition of the CTI label, while also incorporating a few carefully chosen covers. Still passionate about blending jazz expression techniques (improvisation, harmony, melodic arrangements...) with those of funk (the predominant groove of the rhythm section, the power of a brass section...), Ludivine brings a modern and decidedly contemporary vision of jazz, inherited from major Acid Jazz artists (Jamiroquai, Incognito) and infused in recent years by new English (Kamaal Williams, Yussef Dayes, Nubiyan Twist...) and American (Snarky Puppy...) scenes.
