In 2003, Kyo released their new album "Le chemin," which sold 1.5 million copies. It earned 3 Victoires de la Musique awards and 4 NRJ Music Awards. It produced 5 cult hits: "Dernière danse," "Le chemin," "Je cours," "Je saigne encore," and "Tout envoyer en l'air."
Twenty years is a cause for celebration. For the occasion, Kyo is offering four surprises to their audience: the remastered album, unreleased demos recorded during the album's creation, the original mock-ups of well-known tracks, and reworked versions of their hits in duets with Cœur de pirate (on "Dernière danse"), Nuit Incolore (on "Je cours"), Stéphane (on "Le chemin"), Suzane (on "Tout envoyer en l'air"), and Cloud (on "Je saigne encore"),
to give them a new identity. Producers Marsō (Pierre de Maere, Slimane, etc.) and Prinzly (Damso, Hamza, Disiz, etc.) grew up listening to Kyo and are now honored to offer their vision to the album "Le chemin," twenty years later.
An anniversary is also a time for collective celebration. To relive the frenzy of that era, Kyo will be performing on stage until March 17, 2024, for special event concerts, including a sold-out show at the Zénith de Paris (on December 2, 2023, with an additional date on March 17, 2024). To rekindle cherished memories. And we love it.
