About

12 vinyl albums across pop, rock, metal and experimental genres, with multiple anniversary editions.

Kyo emerged from the Yvelines region as a group of four young musicians passionate about alternative rock and Japanese manga culture. Their name references a manga character, reflecting their eclectic inspirations. Their debut album in 2000 marked the start of a career that climbed steadily until their 2003 breakthrough with "Le chemin," which sold over a million copies.

The band’s discography on vinyl includes anniversary editions celebrating 10, 20 years of influential albums like "Le chemin", "300 lésions", and "L'équilibre." Their label affiliations have included RCA Group and Jive Epic, while their styles range from the metal tones of "Dans la peau" to the ambient experiments on "I Musik" and "Aktuel Musik."
