Failure return after five years with Location Lost, their seventh studio album, released via Failure Records/Arduous/Virgin. This nine-track record offers a modern and tightened vision of their iconic alternative space-rock sound, notably featuring the hypnotic track "The Rising Skyline", in collaboration with Hayley Williams. The album follows the 2025 documentary Every Time You Lose Your Mind, which traces the band's career and legacy. Driven by Ken Andrews' captivating vocals, the record illustrates Failure's lasting influence on a large part of the alternative scene and what is now associated with shoegaze.
