This policy explains what personal data Vinyles.com processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. Vinyles.com has no customer accounts: you can use the whole site without giving us any data.

Wishlist: your wishlist is stored only in your browser (local storage). It is never sent to us and disappears if you clear your browser data.
3. Cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject audience measurement cookies. None of these cookies is set before you agree, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 6 months.

Affiliate links: when you click an offer, you leave Vinyles.com for the retailer's site. That retailer or its affiliate program (Amazon, Awin, eBay Partner Network, etc.) may then set its own cookies on its site to credit the commission to Vinyles.com. These cookies are covered by that retailer's privacy policy.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold or rented. Only the publisher and the technical providers working on its behalf can access it:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting.
- DigitalOcean, LLC (USA): database (alerts) and search engine hosting.
- Wasabi Technologies, LLC (storage in London, UK): image hosting.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France): sending the newsletter, alerts and contact form messages.
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
- Contentsquare SAS (France): page usage analysis, only with your consent.
- Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (Singapore): anonymous, cookieless visit statistics.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are located outside the European Union (USA, United Kingdom, Singapore). These transfers are covered by a European Commission adequacy decision (United Kingdom; US companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.
- Newsletter and alerts: unsubscribe link in every email.
- Cookies: “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
- Any other request: contact@vinyles.com. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country of residence.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to data is limited to the people and providers who need it, and the database only accepts encrypted, authenticated connections.
8. Children
The site is intended for a general audience. Children under 15 need a parent's permission to subscribe to the newsletter.
9. Changes
This policy may change, in particular when a new service or legal obligation arises. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
