Description

Inspired by the film "Memoria" and a deep connection to the memory of pristine land, Yndi transports us into an exotic universe where each piece becomes a sensitive and highly evocative exploration. The album delves into a universal narrative, paying homage to collective memory and the original purity of nature. In the nine tracks of Memoria, dream and sleep intertwine, creating a true synesthesia. The dreamlike landscapes are populated by mythical characters such as Sycorax and Morgan le Fay, as well as natural protagonists like bees, abalone, ash trees, and streams. This time, the entirely acoustic album was recorded live with an ensemble of 6 musicians: a rich instrumentation including classical guitar, double bass, flute, clarinet, harp, and percussion. The 9 tracks of Memoria offer an immersion where organic and refined sounds highlight Yndi's delicate voice and captivating compositions. This project reveals a new facet of the artist, offering timeless music infused with universal lyrics.
