Description

A reference LP from the beginning of the "post-Bob Marley" reggae era, "Fire House Rock" by the Wailing Souls was released by Greensleeves in 1981 with lasting success. The title track became the most popular anthemic song of the Wailing Souls. Produced by Henry Junjo Lawes, supported by the Roots Radics with mixes by Scientist. For the Deluxe edition, the original mixes have been transferred from reel to reel to a virgin 24-bit/96k digital master. These are paired in a luxurious gatefold sleeve with a single bonus 12-inch record of alternative and extended mixes originally released under VP's Jah Guidance imprint. Sticker application; 180g thick vinyl gatefold sleeve with color inner bags containing rare photos and detailed notes.
