"Writing lyrics and music for bands (Muz'nouch, Effet Swen) or for plays (in Amavada's creations) is no longer enough to quench my thirst for songs. In the middle of my forties, I found the courage to engrave more intimate, more personal tracks onto wax than before. It's the desire for sincerity and simplicity that convinced me to embark on this eponymous project. To do and say what I want, when I want, with no other barriers than my own, no other reserve than that which I impose on myself. With models as varied as Lavilliers, Higelin, Renaud, Barbara, Lalanne, Aubert, but also Damia, Trénet or Robert Smith, I want to offer the public a unique universe. An album where you understand what is being told to you, whether it's poetic, political, funny, or all three at the same time. An album where the music is sensitive, fragile, and rock. An album recorded with everyone playing in the same room, like in the good old days of my childhood.
