When Tobias Wiklund heard his first Louis Armstrong record, he intuitively understood that music was far more than mere entertainment: it opened the doors to a grand and magical universe. He was just a young child then, but this musical language became self-evident to him. Even today, he speaks of this discovery with undiminished emotion: "When I heard this music and started playing it myself, I felt like I was a part of it, no longer an outsider, but connected to something greater." His new album, INNER FLIGHT MUSIC, celebrates this connection. Through eleven original compositions, he explores humanity's relationship with the universe, alternating between structured melodies and more abstract improvisations. For Wiklund, music is a bridge between the earthly and the divine, a way to express deep emotions and remind us that we are part of a larger, perhaps even sacred, whole.
