In 1992, The Wedding Present's frontman, David Gedge, decided to release one single a month for a year. All of them entered the UK Top 30, equaling a record previously held solely by... Elvis. Each single featured an original D. Gedge composition on the A-side and a cover version from a wide range of artists, from Neil Young to Elton John, Isaac Hayes, and The Go-Betweens.
The product offered includes both the double vinyl and the CD of all 24 tracks.
The band is still active, touring, and in 2022, they once again started releasing a single every month!
