Recorded in Sydney, produced by Paul Mc Kercher, and originally released in 1995 as a CD-only format, 'A Life Full of Farewells' is The Apartments' third album. Released just two years after the legendary 'drift,' this subdued album of melancholic ballads once again showcases Peter Milton Walsh's songwriting talent. More than a quarter of a century later, these majestic compositions, silky arrangements, and delicate pop continue to evoke new emotions. Here, the nuances are subtle, and the musician's demons seem to have been cast aside for a time, making way for a newfound serenity.
