'Made Up Mind' is the highly anticipated follow-up to the Tedeschi Trucks Band's blistering live collection, 'Everybody's Talkin'.' TTB is known for its extraordinary family of musicians and 'Made Up Mind' continues that tradition, with most tracks having been written by Tedeschi and Trucks, along with various friends and co-writers. The album was co-produced by Trucks and Jim Scott (Johnny Cash, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Wilco). 'Made Up Mind' features 'Part of Me,' a song inspired by a classic Southern soul groove, straight out of Muscle Shoals. The title track 'Made Up Mind' showcases the band's full power from the album's opening notes. Other highlights include the tender ballad 'Misunderstood,' the very funky 'It's So Heavy,' and 'Calling Out to You.' Derek Trucks has undoubtedly evolved into one of the best guitarists of our time, tearing into solos with his masterful lead lines, while also demonstrating his lighter, more subtle touch on the bluesy 'Do I Look Worried.'
