Through hard work, she who could have been nailed to the pillory of criticism for being "the daughter of" Johnny Copeland has established herself as one of the great female voices. Born in Harlem, New York, on April 10, 1979, she is a true little dynamo who burst onto the blues and soul scene at 19 with 'Turn The Heat Up', her first album with a voice worthy of Etta James and Koko Taylor combined. Since then, she has confirmed that she is now not only one of the great voices but also one of the great Ladies of the blues.
This new album does not deviate from the rules that have made her previous successes. Her last album was just 2 years ago. Album winner of the "Blues Music Award 2020".
