For Sanseverino, his 2017/2018 tour is set to echo new artistic perceptions and desires. In his upcoming album « Montreuil / Memphis », the blues is in order, goodbye big band and accordions:
«This new 2017/2018 tour doesn't have a name yet. By the way, do tours need to have names…? They are a reflection of the periods of life that make the perception of things never the same, but it's a bit always the same singer (that is to say me!) right?
And, it's a succession of stories, this album whose title is «Montreuil / Memphis». They are still a bit and always little short films, so you might say to me: «but aren't you tired of it?» Well no, in reality that's what interests me, moving from one story to another with new sounds.
After deliberately leaving swing because it had become fashionable, touring with a big band, then a trio with two accordions, up to a pure bluegrass group recently, it is the sounds of blues on the harmonica that color my songs today.
