Since its formation in 2018, Rymden has established itself as one of the leading piano trios to have ever emerged from the Nordic jazz scene. The three members bring with them long-established stories as innovators in jazz: Dan Berglund and Magnus Ostrom via the Esbjorn Svensson Trio and their own projects, and Bugge Wesseltoft via his renowned New Conception of Jazz, his label Jazzland, and collaborations with Sidsel Endresen, Beady Belle, Jan Garbarek, Jon Eberson, Laurent Garnier, and Henrik Schwarz. Today, the trio Rydem meets KORK, the Norwegian Symphony Orchestra, capable of responding to the creative power of Rymden and its taste for improvisation. A formidable polyphonic osmosis born from this fascinating encounter!
