One of the most scrutinized and adored groups in the DIY punk scene. I recently saw them give their fiftieth concert of a fifty-five date tour. If that’s not fully investing, what’s the point of trying? And their performance? A real hit! Impossible to deny it. This group exudes an incredible strength. Your criticisms are so tinged with jealousy that you come off as an idiot. Jealous of their conviction, their talent, and their success; I know I myself have succumbed to these three feelings. They spent two years facing the ups and downs of concerts, and for those of us who have remained loyal, the music continues to rage. Catchy and melodic, but not without a certain raw strangeness. My favorite track among the new releases from RVIVR is undoubtedly "Bleed Out," a hardcore B-side. But overall, it’s a truly exciting album that reflects the hard work of a band, not only to find but also to create its own identity.
