It was mastered by Pole, legendary musician of the Berlin electronic scene.This album is dedicated to his writer friend Pierre Alferi.The lyrics, more explicit than ever, are signed by Rodolphe Burger but also Pierre Alferi and Olivier Cadiot. Some texts pay homage to Ronald Laing, Dylan Thomas, Conrad Aiken, Georg Büchner, or anonymous medieval Andalusian poetry.The first single from Avalanche, "A Dean Martin", released on June 28, closes the album and covers a song in Italian by Fabio Concato. "L'Inattendu", the second single and opening track of the album, was released on August 30.
