Four years after their last album *Every Valley*, London-based alt-rock and electronica band Public Service Broadcasting return with their fourth studio album, entitled *Bright Magic*, due out on September 24 via Play It Again Sam. This three-part album (Building A City / Building A Myth / Bright Magic) is their most ambitious project to date. It takes you to the heart of Europe and its de facto capital, the cultural and political metropolis that is Berlin. Although the blend of electronic and guitar rock remains familiar to PSB, *Bright Magic* predominantly uses samples and English sparingly. It differs from previous albums in other respects: less linear and narrative, it is more an impressionistic portrait of the city of Berlin.
