This is evidenced by the first track released in November 2020 'The Fantasy Life Of Poetry & Crime', a joyful and melancholic ode to Etretat, mixed with a plot referencing the novel Arsène Lupin by Maurice Leblanc. It is in this bucolic Norman setting that the album was partly written and composed. 'The Fantasy Life Of Poetry and Crime' was produced by Frédéric Lo and recorded between Etretat and Paris, mixed by François Delabrière at Studio Moderne. All the lyrics are by Peter Doherty, the music was entirely composed by Frédéric Lo.
