In 1995, Paradise Lost created their masterpiece "Draconian Times", an album that creatively defined them and made them one of the best metal bands ever produced in the UK. For this 25th anniversary, a reissue of "Draconian Times" will be released on December 4. In collaboration with Simon Efemy (Napalm Death, The Wildhearts, Obituary), Paradise Lost recorded this foundational album at Ridge Farm studio in Surrey, as well as at Great Linfield Manor, a gothic manor in Bedfordshire. "Draconian Times" has become Paradise Lost's most successful album to date and is considered the band's flagship record.
