Ninth studio album from Italian pioneers of atmospheric and melodic doom/death. Formed in Rome in 1990 by brothers Carmelo and Giuseppe Orlando (ex-Catacomb), Novembre established themselves as one of Europe's leading bands in the genre with their debut album Wish I Could Dream It Again... (1994). After a long hiatus since URSA (2016), the band returns with Words of Indigo, a masterful work where death metal intensity and melodic flights intertwine in powerful emotional tapestries. Mixed and mastered by Dan Swano (Opeth, Katatonia, Bloodbath), with artwork by Travis Smith, the album marks a new era with a renewed lineup. CD edition includes two bonus tracks: "Chiesa Dell'alba" and "Ipernotte".
