Nightmares on Wax has always been at the forefront of contemporary music, creating a unique blend of electronic, jazz, hip-hop, dub, funk, soul, and techno. The release of the live album will coincide with the first anniversary of the critically acclaimed album. Speaking about how the live album was made, Nightmares on Wax adds: "This live album truly captures the moments when we came out of lockdown and were able to come together and play again, while having the opportunity to express everything we felt while creating it. We played it live with all the musicians from Ibiza, Haile Supreme came from New York after losing touch with him for a long time, and we were able to perform at the legendary Pikes in Ibiza. It was our first concert of the entire pandemic and it was a very special feeling. (…) This live album captures that energy and vibe, as well as all the wonderful people who were chosen to join us for this event."
