New album featuring a very personal selection of works by Bach, intended as a modern and sincere tribute to the genius of the greatest Baroque composer. Nemanja surrounded himself for its realization with Serbian composer and conductor Alexander Sedlar and the ensembles Double Sens and Trilles du diable who have accompanied him since his beginnings as a soloist. The album begins with a lively interpretation of the Concerto for two violins played with Tijana Milosevic, Nemanja's childhood friend. Following is an arrangement by Alexandre Sedlar for violin and orchestra of the famous Toccata and Fugue, traditionally for organ, to which Nemanja's violin brings a striking and new warmth. A version of the Air on the G String arranged by Sedlar, as well as the Gavotte from Partita for solo violin No. 3 are also featured on the album. It concludes with an orchestral version of the Chaconne conceived by Sedlar, with ample and poignant dramatic energy. "I wanted to offer another image of Bach. Not necessarily a sacred Bach, but above all a more human Bach, who loved life, a contemporary Bach whose music travels through time," explains Nemanja.
