Description

Limousine, composed of Laurent Bardainne (Tigre d'Eau Douce, Rigolus, Poni Hoax, LOST…), David Aknin, Maxime Delpierre, and Frédéric Soulard, finds this experimental ground where simplicity of compositions, haunting loops, and a sense of relaxation come together, but now voices come to dress their pieces and propel the vehicle into a new dimension.
A cast that alternates between iconoclastic figures and young hopes for a certified Grand Tourisme trip: Malik Djoudi, Amber Burgoyne, Lucas Santtana, Victor Solf, and Akhenaton take their place in this new adventure. Rapper, singers, or singer, these five performers naturally slip into the outfits of Limousine, as if each of the pieces had been specially tailored for them.
Tropical stroll for the Brazilian Lucas Santtana, hip hop aside with AKH, soulful and intimate nocturne with the revelation from Brighton Amber Burgoyne, or melancholic wandering with Malik Djoudi, Limousine purposefully gathers a beautiful international ensemble in the French style. For the future, the quartet maintains its iconoclastic line of conduct and confirms its ability to create weightless themes.
