There are cicadas in the anthill (2002)
Two albums in less than two years: *Y’a des cigales dans la fourmilière* is the trio's equally festive and gentle follow-up. For this album cover, La Rue Ketanou collaborated with Jérôme Mesnager, one of the first Parisian street artists and creator of "L'homme en blanc" (The Man in White), a white silhouette "symbol of light, strength, and peace." From "Danse" to "Laisse ton corps s’exprimer," passing through "La Rumeur" or "Les Hommes que j’aime," it is a hymn to shared love, whether expressed through gypsy swing, a rap-blues blend, the omnipresence of the accordion, or the accompaniment of a single guitar.
