Anyone who has seen La Rue Kétanou in concert knows this wild and raw energy. Its passion and uproar, its rage and tenderness...
These four "Zebras," galloping at full speed, generously deliver as much humor as poetry. The form is raw, almost punk, and goes straight to the heart. "À cru" is a concentrate of power and emotions, a bonfire of joy; and it's also a festival of sharing with guest friends, all gathered around a true family of song.
In addition to the 15 live tracks, there are 4 studio tracks, composed during the first lockdown. A timely bubble born from a very particular context, a parenthesis that contrasts with the euphoria of concerts.
This new album reminds us once again that we must keep hope, and that there will always be cicadas in the anthill...
