"ASSEMBLY" is a collection of solo songs by JOE STRUMMER, singer and member of the legendary band THE CLASH. It includes singles, cult tracks, rarities... It includes singles, cult tracks, rarities... In total, 16 tracks including 3 previously unreleased versions of The Clash songs, "Junco Partner (Acoustic)" and live renditions of "Rudie Can't Fail" and "I Fought The Law", the latter two recorded by Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros at Brixton Academy in London on November 24, 2001: electrifying. All tracks have been remastered by Paul Hicks (The Beatles, George Harrison, The Rolling Stones, John Lennon). The liner notes are written by Jakob Dylan.
