"ASSEMBLY" is a collection of solo songs by JOE STRUMMER, singer and member of the legendary band THE CLASH. It features singles, iconic tracks, rarities... It features singles, iconic tracks, rarities... In total, 16 tracks including 3 unreleased versions of Clash songs, "Junco Partner (Acoustic)" and live performances of "Rudie Can't Fail" and "I Fought The Law", the latter two having been recorded by Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros at the Brixton Academy in London on November 24, 2001: electrifying. All tracks have been remastered by Paul Hicks (The Beatles, George Harrison, The Rolling Stones, John Lennon). The liner notes are written by Jakob Dylan. For all fans of Joe Strummer and The Clash, for all rock lovers.
