Fool

Description

Regarded as a unique artist in the history of British Pop, due to the richness and variety of his work, Joe Jackson will celebrate his 40-year career with Fool. Each song on Fool demonstrates Joe Jackson's legendary ease in transitioning from one style to another: the listener will hear traditional influences of Jazz, Classical, and of course, Pop throughout this album. If there were a theme to draw from this album, it would be Comedy and Tragedy, and how they influence our lives. The songs speak of fear, anger, alienation, and loss, but also of what makes life still worth living: friendship, laughter, music, or art. Produced by Pat Dillett (David Byrne, Sufjan Stevens), Fool represents the perfect synthesis of Joe Jackson's incredible career.
