Here is Jah Wobble's first post-punk album in several years. The tracks, driven by incisive guitar, reflect his ongoing concern about the decline of the nation. Inspired by his weekly experience in a community music project in Merton, alongside Jon Klein, the album is reminiscent of Mark Stewart's work. Filled with a rage that is both empathetic and constructive, it concludes with the beautiful instrumental "Brockwell Lido." Like most of his current works, much of the lyrics come from his journeys on London's public transport. • Jah Wobble is an English bassist and singer. He gained wider recognition as the original bassist of the band Public Image Ltd (PiL) in the late 1970s and early 1980s. • Jon Klein is an English guitarist and producer, best known for being a member of the band Siouxsie and the Banshees for seven years, from 1987 to 1994, and for working with Sinéad O'Connor.
