For nearly twenty years, INGESTED, hailing from Manchester, has established itself as one of the major forces in British extreme metal. Initially a pioneer of slam in the underground scene, the band has evolved into an internationally recognized act, blending precise brutality with increasingly dynamic songwriting. With Denigration, INGESTED opens a new chapter marked by reinvention and the introduction of a new prominent voice. Produced by Nico Beninato at The Arch Studios in Southport (UK), Denigration captures the band at its most incisive. The visual identity, created by Giannis Nakos (Remedy Art Design), perfectly reflects the dark atmosphere and power of the album. The record also features several notable collaborations: "Merciless Reflection" with Damonteal Harris (PeelingFlesh) and "Watch You Fold" with John Gallagher (Dying Fetus), as well as contributions from Skyler Conder (Cell) and Kyle Medina (Bodysnatcher). Both brutal and introspective, Denigration explores the confrontation with one's darkest side — and the choice to make it a weakness or a weapon.
