The final movement of the 9th is brilliantly sung by the Warsaw Philharmonic Choir, soprano Regula Mühlemann, mezzo-soprano Marie-Claude Chappuis, tenor Maximilian Schmitt, and baritone Thomas E. Bauer.
The Kammerorchester Basel is a Swiss orchestra famous for its interpretations of both contemporary and older pieces, having notably won the ECHO award in 2008.
