Genevieve is Fust's debut studio album, released in 2023, recorded throughout 2022 and early 2021 (mostly) in Asheville, North Carolina. Many friends contributed in ways big and small to make the record much better than it was without them: Xandy Chelmis, Michael Cormier-O'Leary, Indigo De Souza, MJ Lenderman, Courtney Werner. While sonically and instrumentally louder than Evil Joy, Genevieve is thematically quieter about its aches—more steady in its habits.
