Fakear needed to reinvent himself. To return to the essentials with spontaneity and above all honesty. Ten years after his first loves and early successes, it was necessary to go back to his roots without looking at the past with nostalgia or disgust; rather, to contemplate it with kindness. This renewal was then expressed in one word: Talisman, the name given to his latest album, released on February 24, 2023. Accompanied by a sold-out French and European tour, a full show at the Trianon, and soon a concert at the Salle Pleyel on February 2, 2024. But such a return, particularly noted by the media and the public, does not abruptly stop after the release of an album. Inspiration, for Fakear, does not run out so suddenly.
