Sneakin' Suspicion

Description

Released in 1977, "Sneakin' Suspicion" is the fourth album by Dr. Feelgood and the last with guitarist Wilko Johnson. It contains "Sneakin' Suspicion", their first single to enter the UK Singles Chart, as well as "Walking on the Edge" and "All My Love". 50 years ago, Dr Feelgood began their recording career. To celebrate the event, their first 4 albums are reissued in remastered versions (CD and vinyl): 'Down By The Jetty' (1975), 'Malpractice' (1975), the live 'Stupidity' (1976) and 'Sneakin' Suspicion' (1977). Led by singer Lee Brilleaux and guitarist Wilko Johnson, Dr Feelgood is here at their peak, a flagship of British Pub Rock. On 'Down By The Jetty': the tracks 'She Does It Right', 'Roxette', a cover of John Lee Hooker's 'Boom Boom' and the explosive live finale 'Bonie Moronie / Tequila'. On 'Malpractice': 'Back In The Night', 'Going Back Home', the cover 'Riot in Cell Block #9'. On the live 'Stupidity': versions of 'All Through the City', 'Roxette', 'She Does It Right', 'Going Back Home'. On 'Sneakin' Suspicion': 'Walking on the Edge', 'All My Love'.
