‘Nothing’ is the third album from Darkside, the collaborative project of electronic music producer Nicolas Jaar and composer and multi-instrumentalist Dave Harrington, now officially joined by drummer Tlacael Esparza. Across 9 magnetic tracks, the trio weaves through cracks in convention with serpentine guitars, alien balancing acts, and cavernous drums. ‘Nothing’ is marked by its haunted rhythms and distorted vocals from which emanates a strange beauty.
