Catastrophe's second studio album, GONG!, will be released on September 11, 2020, by Tricatel. After Dernier Soleil (EP 2016), La nuit est encore jeune (album 2018), Fizzy (vinyl compilation 2020), Catastrophe returns with a musical comedy about the forest, smartphones, and the passage of time. Directed by David Sztanke (aka Tahiti Boy), this abundant and ambitious album takes us on a forty-minute journey into a marriage between Kendrick Lamar and Jacques Demy. Catastrophe locked themselves in a room together and made music, drawing inspiration from everything they love: from Orelsan to Gilberto Gil, including Brigitte Fontaine and Arcade Fire.
