After a Victoire de la Musique in 2015, monumental press coverage for his latest album 'Ghost Surfer', and nearly 200 concerts, Cascadeur has been multiplying eclectic collaborations with cinema for a few years: from Laurent Tuel, Toledano & Nakache (his track 'Meaning' illustrates a memorable scene from their film 'Le sens de la fête'), Edouard Pluvieux, to trailers for Michel Gondry, Jalil Lespert, or Ryan Murphy... To write the lyrics for his new album titled 'Camera', he drew from the sources of cinema (from the 70s-80s): stories of violence and eroticism, espionage and manipulation, obsession and night, whose stylized beauty hovers over the album. Mixed by Maxime Le Guil (Morrissey, Christophe, Justice, Camille...), 'Camera' will be released on March 30th.
