Description

Carminho was born cradled by fado. Surrounded by great names in this music, she began performing at the age of 12 and reached a wide audience in her country over the years. After a world tour dedicated to humanitarian missions, the young singer quickly realized that her future was linked to that of her music, and fado in general. After numerous concerts throughout Europe and a first album 'Fado', released in 2009, welcomed as "the greatest revelation of the decade" (Time Out Lisbon), Carminho, now a national symbol, released her second album 'Alma' in 2012. Distributed for the first time in France with three bonus tracks in collaboration with Milton Nascimento, Chico Buarque, and Nana Caymmi, this album finally allows us to discover the full extent of this artist's talent.
