Far from interchangeable producers, Born At Midnite is a fully vertically integrated song machine based in Montreal. Using samplers, synthetic drums, and tape recorders, the duo has spent five years crafting a unique aesthetic between self-mockery and critique of today's narcissistic culture, which they call product placement punk. Their first album, Eternal BAM Nation, is presented as the opposite of a cursed wish: an unsolicited yet redemptive work, made up of eleven and a half tracks that get straight to the point.
