Beth Gibbons’ debut solo album.
Produced by James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode) & Beth Gibbons.
Comprising 10 magnificent new tracks recorded over a 10-year period, the album was produced by James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode) & Beth Gibbons, with additional production by Lee Harris (Talk Talk).
Lives Outgrown is, in many respects, Beth Gibbons' most personal work to date, the result of a period of reflection and change marked by numerous “farewells”.
In addition to her work with Portishead, her album Out Of Season with Rustin Man (2002) and the live recording of Górecki's Symphony Of Sorrowful Songs (2014), Beth Gibbons recently collaborated with Kendrick Lamar on the track "Mother I Sober" from his album Mr Morale & the Big Steppers (2022).
