He also wrote and/or contributed to hits by Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Diana Ross, Joe Cocker, Johnny Cash, Aretha Franklin and many others; his contributions to Pop thus span all genres and ages.In 2024, he returns with a new album titled 'Body of Work', written during a period of tumultuous change, during which this master of composition took a step back from the world.
