Adrian Crowley is an Irish songwriter who, over more than two decades, has created a deeply moving body of work. The Dublin-based artist is known for a particularly nocturnal poetic sensibility and a voice of striking resonance. His songs have led him to be described as a master storyteller. He has collaborated with Chemikal Underground, the label that notably introduced groups like Mogwai and Arab Strap.Four years after 'The Watchful Eye Of The Stars', Adrian Crowley returns with his tenth album 'Measure Of Joy'. A new great vintage divinely produced by John Parish (PJ Harvey, Sparklehorse, Aldous Harding etc.). It will be released on February 7, 2025 on the label Valley of Eyes Records. We find Adrian Crowley's powerful voice and deep timbre. The eleven songs contain enchanting narratives, and the arrangements are alternately majestic and minimalist.
