Fika Recordings is pleased to present Bring On The Apathy, the third solo album by Scottish composer Adam Ross. The album was recorded on tape, using traditional analog techniques at Green Door Studio in Glasgow with Samuel J. Smith. It features some of the most open, lyrical, and emotionally expressive texts full of character to date, coming from one of Scotland's most accomplished songwriters. The vintage recording approach brings warmth and intimacy to a record that is equally raw and organic, while being beautifully arranged and performed, with Adam accompanied by a multitude of excellent collaborators. The core band consists of Owen Curtis-Williams on drums, Cameron Maxwell on bass, Pedro Cameron on violin, Gillian Fleetwood on harp, and (longtime collaborator of Randolph's Leap) Pete MacDonald on piano.
