About

Nine albums in catalog with rare original pressings from the 1970s & 2000s, tracked in real-time prices.

Ange emerged from the fusion of the "Les Anges" dance orchestra and the rock band "Évolution" in late 1969. Their early sound combined progressive rock influences with poetic lyrics and theatrical performance, inspired by acts like Genesis and King Crimson. The band's lineup initially included Christian Décamps on organ and vocals, Francis Décamps on keyboards, Jean-Michel Brézovar on guitar, Gérard Jelsch on drums, and Daniel Haas on bass.

They are recognized for a discography spanning several decades, notably the early 1970s’ albums like "Caricatures" (1972), "Le Cimetière des Arlequins" (1973), and the seminal "Au-delà du délire" (1974).
