Slow Pulp presents their new album! On "Yard," Slow Pulp, a four-piece band from Wisconsin and based in Chicago, comfortably nestles into pockets of nuance, impressions, contradictions, sounds, and lyrics painstakingly refined together to bottle the specific tension of a feeling you've never quite found the right words for. In that regard, listening to Slow Pulp can feel like being in a room with someone who has known you for so long that they can read your every micro-expression and pinpoint exactly how you're feeling before you can. Perhaps this comes from the history and chemistry shared by the band members; in various ways, all four have grown up—and are still growing up—together.
