Founded in Brooklyn in 2007, the indie-pop quartet Lucius captivates with the dreamy harmonies of Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig and its striking visual identity. Their fourth self-titled album returns to the band's roots with a raw and sincere sound. Madison Cunningham joins "Impressions," a dream-pop ballad, while Adam Granduciel (The War On Drugs) enriches "Old Tape" with backing vocals and distinctive guitars. An intimate and accomplished work.
